TUITION AND FEES IN ACADEMIC YEAR 2021 - 2022

I - Enrollment; Facility; Fieldtrip and event fees:

1. Enrollment fee: 3.000.000 VND (*)

2. Facility fee (12 months): 4.000.000 VND (**)

3. Event fee (9 months): 2.500.000 VND (***)

4. Extra activities fee (9 months) (****):

For 13 - 36 months: 1.000.000 VND / 4 extra activities / Academic year
For 3 - 6 years old: 3.000.000 VND / 12 extra activities / Academic year

(*) The enrollment fee is a one-time payment only for new students

(**) The facility fee will be charged on a 12 month rolling basis starting from the month of admission.

The facility fee includes: Insurance fee 24/7, Annual health check (2 times per year), Materials, School bags, Uniforms (2 sets),...

(***) The event fee includes all of the events in one academic year. After 03/2022, event fee for new students is 1.500.000 VND

(****) Due to Covid situation, this year all Field trips activities will be replaced by Extra activities & Cooking Class

In all cases, these 1,2,3,4 fee are non-refundable.

A 05% discount will be applied for 6 months period payment A 10% discount will be applied for full school year period payment

Tuition will be collected every 3,6 or 9 months. No monthly payment is accepted.
Meal fee is included. Milk is excluded.
The tuition fees include: English, Aerobic, Yoga and other activities at school.
From 7h00 to 16h30, From Monday to Friday, Saturday is our FREE Extra Childcare Service.
Summer fees are not included.

The tuition fee invoice will be sent to Parents on the last working day of each month. Please complete all the required payment before the 5th day of the following month. Late payment will be subjected to a penalty as follows:

Late payment from the 6th to the 10th day of the month: 300,000 VND/day.
Late payment from the 11st to the 15th day of the month: phạt 500,000 VND/day.
If the school does not recieve tuition fee payment by the 15th of the month, we will have the right to stop the service.

Meal fees are included in daily fees, milk is excluded. Daily fees can only be applied for students who choose to study at ICK less than 2 weeks.
Overcare: From 5-6pm: Not include dinner
From 5.05pm to 5.30pm: 100.000 VND
From 05.35pm to 6pm: 100.000 VND
After 6pm: 100.000 VND/ every 15 minutes
The closing time of ICK is 5pm every day. After woking hours, our staff and teachers need time for their personal life. Please try to pick up your child(ren) within the operation hours as described above. In case parents need to have permanent extra childcare service from 5pm till late, please contact the office for more information.

IV - Withdrawal and Refunds:

1. Refund policies on the withdrawal of a student's registration:

If a student want to stop her/his learning at ICK, a written Withdrawal Notification must be submitted to the office at least 30 days before the student's last day at school. Based on the actual learning time, ICK will refund a percentage of the Tuition fee.

In case of having the promotion program, when withdraw the percentage of refunding will be deducted the amount of that promotion program.

2. Refund policies with temporary absent:

Travel absences of family issuses: No refund
Sick absences caused by common virus like HFM, fever, chicken pot: No refund
Sick absences in a serious condition for more than 2 weeks with hositalization: The School will be refund 1/3 tuition fee of that month
In case the students have been absent more than 2 weeks without any Official Notification from the Parents, the student will have to re-enroll as a new student. All the initial fees will be applied

3. Meal fees refund regulations

Leave of absences: the meal fees will be 100% refunded if parents announce 1 week in advance
Sickness absences: the meal fees will be refunded with doctor’s note from 2nd day since parents announced
Absences without leave: No meal fees refunded

Meal fees refund regulations only apply from Monday to Friday, not included Saturday.

Please read our refund policy carefully in order to avoid misunderstandings (if any).

V - Rebates:

10% reduction for the tuition fee for the 2nd child in the same family who studies at ICK at the same time.
15% reduction for the tuition fee for the 3rd child in the same family who studies at ICK at the same time.
